Intro to Smålandsväv.

About: Are you curious about weaving on a Drawloom, but don't actually have a Drawloom? Me too! Then I learned about a pattern weaving technique called Smålandsväv. It uses 2 separate harnesses (ie, sets of shafts), but it can be done on a counterbalance or countermarch loom with just a little modification. It uses 2 shuttles, and you can weave beautiful patterns! I'll show you what I did to my Glimakra Ideal loom to set it up for Smålandsväv, and I'll show you what I wove.
